Our support policy:At present we only offer e-mail support. Note that through our local distributors and dealers you can obtain phone support for the AssistiveWare products. We make an effort to reply to any e-mail within 5 business days though occasionally it may take a little longer (in that case do not hesitate to write again after 5 days if the matter is urgent). However, in many cases you already may receive an answer to your message the next day. We can only provide support specific to our software products. For more general problems with your computer and using and installing software you should contact your dealer or an experienced Mac user in your immediate surroundings. |
